Jason Waterman’s career has been anything but linear. He has written software, launched electric vehicles, built venture investment programs, and worked alongside startups and global automotive companies at the frontier of mobility technology.

The idea behind The Mosaic Career grew out of that journey—and the realization that the most resilient careers are rarely built in straight lines.

Jason lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area and is proudly from Detroit, Michigan.
